Oscars 2022 Social Media Analysis
I used Netbase to dive into the 2022 Oscars conversation to see what the fans were buzzing about. To my surprise, I discovered a massive campaign advocating for an Indian film called The Kashmire Files to be nominated for the recent Oscars season. Despite not receiving a nomination, there was still a big win for Bollywood at the 2023 Oscars - RRR made history as the first Bollywood film to take home the award for Best Song. It was exciting to witness the power of social media in spotlighting and elevating diverse voices and perspectives in the entertainment industry.
